The SynQ WMS and how it communicates to AutoStore, and to the operator, is a vital key of your success with a micro fulfillment center. That you need a WMS supplier that can cover everything within the four walls of the DC, including the manual operations, including goods receiving and dispatch. And that is what we do with our SynQ software and our AutoStore director, which have been tuned over 150 projects over the last 10 years without AutoStore to integrate perfectly. And to get that speed, things need to happen in parallel. And that is what we orchestrate within our SynQ WMS, to make sure that we handle the manual areas in parallel to the automated equipment.

Fredrik Henriksson (00:58):
The SynQ WMS, it is what ties it all together, and that is the secret sauce where most solutions fail. You need to put great effort into specifying the whole solution and not just the automation. Automation is actually the easiest part of an e-grocery solution. It's to make all pieces play together that separates a failure from a success. So that is why we put a lot of efforts into specifying, discussing and work shopping surround getting our WMS solution correct.

Fredrik Henriksson (01:36):
With the help of our software, we make the put away process, which is key, really easy for our customers. Our software helps us compartmentalize the totes and just present totes with where the compartments needed are free. So we can present a bin or a tote to an operator where there are other SKUs in other compartments within the same tote or bin. And that might be very different to other systems where they might need to go through a cleaning process to free up the whole tote before presenting it to a put away operator. We don't need to do that. We just need one compartment free within a tote or a bin to make our put away process go easier. By handling the put away process in this way, we free up a lot of space. We don't need a dedicated process to free up whole bins before presenting them to a picker, so that can save our customers hours of work each day.
